Getting Accustomed to the Cruiser

I can honestly say that I totally understand the heel-toe shifter of the C-50.  At first it was hieroglyphics, at least it sounded like it.

"This doesn't not compute!  This is 2058!  Since when does one use the heel to shift gears, Will Robinson?  This is the diabolical working of Dr. Zachary Smith!  Warning!  Warning!"

Use the toe to down shift.
Use the heel to up shift.

In a nutshell, Toe down for 1st gear or a lower gear.  Heel down for 2, 3, 4 & 5!

With this glorious contraption one can, theoretically, wear sandals to ride the bike.  No more holes in the top of ones left shoe.

Thank you Dr. Smith.
